By committing to be a chapter lead, you’ll be helping form a local community that functions within a much larger global organization. Here are a few ground rules around expected behavior. Remember, we're all part of the same community, so be friendly, be welcoming, and be inclusive!
By becoming a Hexagon chapter organizer, you’ll be agreeing to the following:
Be respectful. Listen as well as talk, and be considerate of others’ viewpoints and opinions.
Be positive. Craft welcoming environments (online and offline), both within your own chapter team and at your chapter’s events.
Be inclusive. Allow anyone to attend community events if they agree and support our mission statement, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof).
